FAQ

 1. Why does it show an error when I click 'Try To Connect' after I input the Sheet ID and Sheet Name in Settings page? How do I solve this?

If you encounter the error message "Error with the add-on. Run-time error", it indicates that the provided Sheet ID and Sheet Name are incorrect. Consequently, the add-on is unable to locate the corresponding Google Sheet using the provided information. To resolve this issue, you can click on the Back Button to return to the Settings page and re-enter your Google Sheets information accurately.

Additionally, if the initial check is successful but the second check fails with the message "2nd Checking Failed: The Google Sheets don't contain all the required names in the first row", it indicates that the add-on was able to locate the Google Sheets using the provided information. However, the add-on requires specific names in the first row of the sheet, namely: Title, Description, Location, Start, End. To resolve this issue, please ensure that the first row of the Google Sheets contains these exact names.

3. The dropdown menu has an error. It is not showing all the templates that I have created? How do I solve this?

Ensure that there are no empty rows between the templates in your Google Sheets. Empty rows can disrupt the dropdown menu's ability to display all the available options. Here is an example that illustrates the error:

"No empty row between templates."
